There’s a heaviness in my chest and a constant buzzing in my head. It’s like I’m trying to grab hold of something solid, but everything keeps slipping through my fingers. At the start of every year, I feel this tug—a nudge to reset, to find clarity, to step forward with purpose. But this year is different. Instead of feeling inspired, I feel overwhelmed. I’m stuck.
